Flake is a thinly folded milk chocolate bar created by Cadbury in 1920. Ralph Thompson discovered flaky ripples in excess chocolate at Bournville factory. By 1930, half-length Flake was sold for ice cream garnish in cones. Now produced in Dublin, Ireland and Egypt
