Overtime work requires weekly hours exceeding 45 hours. Overtime pay must be at least 50% of regular hourly wage. Employee's consent is required for mandatory overtime. Employers must document overtime hours and keep signed copies
Part IV guidelines apply only to employees covered under Employment Act. Managers and executives are not covered under Part IV
