Fecal incontinence is accidental passage of bowel substances from anus. Urge incontinence involves strong urge to poop but inability to control. Passive incontinence occurs without awareness due to rectal fullness
Avoid "just in case" pees that can lead to bladder shrinkage. Normal daytime urination is every 2-4 hours, nighttime 0-2 times. Sit on toilet seat with feet flat and forearms on knees. Take your time, don't force urine out. Avoid kegels during urination, except for testing
