Teams Exploratory enables non-licensed users to try Teams functionality. Admins can enable or disable this feature for their organization. Experience includes Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft services
Each Team has its own SharePoint site with default Document Library. Files in Teams channels are stored in root directory of channel's directory. Chat files are stored in sender's OneDrive for Business account. All chat files are stored in "Microsoft Teams Chat Files" folder
File may be locked by another user or user themselves. File may be open on different device or previous instance not closed properly. Server may lock file if everyone isn't using co-authoring version
Only site owners or administrators can delete SharePoint sites. Communication sites require both owner and admin permissions. Team site owners automatically become admins. Full Control permissions needed for deletion
Correlation ID is a unique GUID generated for every SharePoint server request. It's not an error number but helps trace requests in SharePoint logs. Correlation ID is valid only during the duration of the request
