PCL is strongest knee ligament, originating from medial femoral condyle. PCL consists of two bundles: anterolateral (65%) and posteromedial (35%). PCL length is 38 mm, larger at femoral origin than tibial insertion. PCL appears as low-signal band on MRI, visualized in sagittal and axial planes
