    Mld hastalığı nedir?

    MLD (Metakromatik Lökodistrofi), arilsülfataz A enziminin eksikliği ile karakterize edilen, otozomal resesif genetik geçişli bir lizozomal depo hastalığıdır. Hastalık başlangıç yaşına göre üç formda incelenir: 1. Geç infantil form: En sık görülen formdur. 2. Juvenil form: 3-14 yaş arasında belirtiler görülür. 3.
