    Johann Deisenhofer (d. 30 Eylül 1943) Alman biyokimyacı.

    1988 yılında, Hartmut Michel ve Robert Huber ile birlikte, «bir fotosentetik reaksiyon merkezinin üç boyutlu yapısını belirledikleri için» Nobel Kimya Ödülü'nü kazanmıştır.

    Araştırmaları fotosentez mekanizmasının genel yapısının daha iyi anlaşılmasını sağlamış, buna ek olarak bakteri ve bitkilerdeki fotosentetik süreçlerin benzerliklerini ortaya çıkarmıştır.
