- Refunds available within 5 working days through IETT offices
- Card expires in 3 years unless top-up

- One Pass costs 40 TL, ten Pass available for 305 TL
- Monthly Pass (Mavikart) available for Turkish citizens
- Student card available for students above 6 years old
