Citizens of 24 countries are currently excluded. Non-eligible countries can claim eligibility through parents' or spouse's country
Registration opens October 2, 2024, closes November 5, 2024. No fee to enter, but selected applicants must pay visa application fee. Applicants must be native of qualifying countries or meet alternate criteria. Minimum high school education or 2 years work experience required
