HTTP 418, known as "I'm a teapot," was created in 1998 as an April Fools' joke. It's part of the Hyper Text Coffee Pot Control Protocol (HTCPCP). Masinter confirmed its intended use as a joke in 2015. IANA labels 418 as "Unused"
