Game may not support controller directly. Multiple controllers connected can cause conflicts. Outdated or corrupted device drivers. Incorrect controller settings or firmware. Ghost devices and third-party software conflicts
Verify controller recognition through joy.cpl in Windows. Try different USB ports if controller isn't detected. Re-enter Steam's Big Picture Mode if controller isn't recognized
Verify power connection and LED indicators for PlayStation and Xbox versions. Ensure wheel is properly plugged in and has adequate flex. Check if controller is visible in G Hub and Control Panel

Connect Switch to laptop via HDMI capture card using Elgato HD60. Plug HDMI cable into capture card's In port, not Out port. Connect USB cable between capture card and laptop. Launch Game Capture HD and select fullscreen mode. Switch home screen should appear automatically
