Word stops working due to document corruption or incompatible add-ins. Outdated Office version or Windows system can cause issues. Outdated printer drivers may interfere with Office functionality
Insert Simple Text Box through Insert tab. Drag middle circle to left to create vertical text. Remove text box lines using Shape Format
Click image and hold rotation handle to drag. Hold Shift for 15-degree increments. Release mouse to save position
Select the text you want to alphabetize. Click the Home tab. Click the AZ icon with a downward arrow. Choose Ascending or Descending sorting order
Insert tab is used to add images in Word documents. Pictures can be selected from computer, Microsoft stock, or online sources. Multiple images can be inserted by holding Ctrl while clicking. Size can be adjusted by dragging corner circles or using size specifications. Rotation and formatting options available through Picture Format tab
Margins are empty space between page edge and document content. Preset margins include Normal, Narrow, Moderate, Wide, Mirrored, and Office 2003 Default. Custom margins can be created by entering values for Top, Left, Bottom, Right. Gutter margin adjustment needed for bound documents. Changes apply immediately after selection
