Taskbar size can be adjusted by dragging the edge or using the Taskbar settings. Locking the taskbar prevents size changes. Taskbar can be repositioned to top, left, or right of the screen. Auto-hide can be turned off in Taskbar settings. Small taskbar buttons option available in Taskbar settings
