Check email provider's website for incoming server details. Look for "IMAP" or "POP3" and "SMTP" for outgoing mail. Most email apps can add server info automatically

Ensure Outlook is configured to save sent items in the Sent Items folder. Check Group Policy settings for Windows Professional, Education, or Enterprise editions. Disable AutoArchive option in Sent Items folder properties
