00:05Restore Suspended Gmail Account: Sign in to your Google Admin Console at admin.google.com.
Go to menu, directory, users.
In the users list, find the user and click their name to open their account page.
00:38Reactivation Process: At the top left, a message indicates why the user's Gmail account is suspended.
At the top right, click "reactivate" or within the users list, click "more reactivate" within a user's column.
If the reactivate option isn't available, wait up to twenty four hours for the user's limits to be reset.
01:23Reactivation Confirmation: Click "reactivate" to confirm.
The user's Gmail account will be enabled within fifteen minutes.
After reactivation, the user can sign in and access their email.
