- Check router's wireless network settings and note SSID information
- Reset printer to factory settings by holding antenna and cross buttons for 10 seconds
- Download Brother software from manufacturer's website
- Install software through Wireless Printing Setup utility

- Select Automatic wireless discovery in setup window
- Enter WiFi network details manually
- Disable direct printing in Product Options

- Use Air-Print on iOS devices through iPrint & Scan app
- Download iPrint & Scan app on Android devices
- Connect printer via network and authorize app access
- Troubleshooting
- Check printer drivers and WiFi connection stability
- Enter correct WiFi credentials and network name
- Reset printer settings if connection issues occur
