- General Characteristics
- Passive mob found in desert villages, can be ridden by up to two players
- Spawns in center of desert villages, doesn't respawn after death
- Can step up 1.5 block-high walls unlike other mounts
- Heals 2 health points per cactus feeding and slowly over time
- Behavior and Movement
- Walks aimlessly or sits for 2-7 seconds before getting up
- Cannot be pushed by players or mobs while sitting
- Can dash up to 12 blocks forward and one block upward
- Cannot float in water, can be ridden up to 3 blocks deep
- Riding Features
- Players can equip saddles for riding
- Backseat player cannot hurt driving or camel
- Cannot use nether or end portals while riding
- Can be controlled with standard controls and jump
- Breeding
- Follows player holding cactus, stops after 10/16 blocks
- Breeds with cacti to create baby camels
- Parents have 5-minute cooldown between breeding attempts
- Baby camels can be sped up by giving them cactus
