Vladimir Pavlovich Basov (28 Temmuz 1923 — 17 Eylül 1987) Sovyet aktörüydü, film yönetmeni ve senarist.
Basov hızla en sevilen Sovyet komedi oyuncularından birine dönüştü. Genellikle epizodik, ancak bazı karanlık işleri yürüten, Moskova Gözyaşlarına İnanmıyor 'daki yalnız yetkili gibi ayırt edici karakterleri canlandırdı.
En büyük rolleri arasında The Days of the Turbins (1976) filmindeki Viktor Myshlaevski, Hopelessly Lost (1973) filmindeki Huck Finn'in babası, The Adventures of Buratino <54'teki Duremar>(1975), Pyotr Luzhin Suç ve Ceza (1969), Artur Arturovich The Flight (1970), Stump The Adventures of Elektronic (1979).
Ayrıca bir dizi popüler animasyon çizgi filmini seslendirdi.
