The two-storey building, constructed with a reinforced concrete structure, has a total enclosed area of 148.27 m². The main façade facing north is defined by a central entrance accessible from street level; the opal glass windows on this surface separate the interior from the exterior while allowing natural light to enter in a controlled manner.The ground floor houses two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a garage, while the upper floor features a living-dining area and a graphic design studio, both arranged within a single volume that can be divided by sliding glass panels. The double-height entrance hall defines the spatial organisation while also facilitating the circulation of natural light throughout the building.
