    Tilda Thamar, doğum adıyla Matilde Lidia Thamar Bianco, Arjantinli bir aktris, şarkıcı ve dansçıdır ve 20. yüzyılın ortalarında eğlence endüstrisinde öne çıkmıştır.

    14 Ocak 1921'de Buenos Aires, Arjantin'de doğmuştur. Thamar kariyerine bir dansçı olarak başlamış, ünlü Bale Tiyatrosu'na katılarak ülkenin en yetenekli dansçıları ve koreograflarıyla birlikte çalışmıştır. Ancak, kısa sürede oyunculuğa olan tutkusunu keşfetti ve onu daha fazla takip etmeye karar verdi ve bale yerine sahne ve sonunda gümüş perdeye geçiş yaptı.
