Russell Streiner (d. 6 Şubat 1940, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, ABD), bazı jeneriklerde Russ Streiner ya da Russell W. Streiner, Amerikalı oyuncu ve film yapımcısıdır.
Streiner, aynı zamanda yapımcılarından biri olduğu Yaşayan Ölülerin Gecesi filmindeki Johnny rolüyle tanınır.
Yapımcılığını üsteldiği diğer filmler There's Always Vanilla (1971), The Booby Hatch (1976), Yaşayan Ölülerin Gecesi'nin 1990 tarihli yeniden çekimi ve Escape of the Living Dead (2009) bulunur.
Streiner uzun süre reklamcılık alanında çalıştı. bu arada sinema, televizyon ve reklam filmlerinin yapımcılığını üstlendi.
