    Richard Schenkman

    Richard Schenkman Amerikalı bir sinema yönetmeni, yapımcı ve senaristtir.

    1953 yılında doğan Schenkman, sinema kariyerine 1980'lerin başında başlamıştır. Özellikle bağımsız filmleriyle tanınan Schenkman, farklı türlerdeki projeleriyle dikkat çekmiştir. Yönetmenlik kariyerinde, hem komedi hem de dram unsurlarını harmanlayan eserler üretmiştir.

    Schenkman'ın en bilinen filmlerinden biri, 1999 yapımı «The Pompatus of Love» adlı romantik komedidir. Ayrıca, 2001 yılında yönettiği «The Last Man on Earth» adlı film, bilim kurgu unsurları taşıyan bir yapım olarak öne çıkmaktadır.

    Richard Schenkman, kariyeri boyunca birçok ödül kazanmıştır.
