    Henry Roeland Byrd, Profesör Longhair (19 Aralık 1918 — 30 Ocak 1980) efsanevi müzisyen mi maviler içinde New Orleans.

    Rumba, mambo ve calypso'nun birleşimi ve mezarın ötesinden gelen bir ses olarak tanımlanan benzersiz bir piyano stiline sahiptir.

    Kariyerine 1930'larda dansçı olarak başladı. Aynı zamanda profesyonel bir boksör, aşçı ve kart oyuncusuydu.
