    Owen Harris (1972 doğumlu) İngiliz televizyon ve film yönetmenidir.

    Bir Telekızın Gizli Günlüğü, Misfits'in bölümlerini, Holy Flying Circus ve The Gamechangers adlı TV filmlerini yönetti.

    2013 yılında «Black Mirror» antoloji dizisinin bir bölümü olan «Be Right Back» i yönetti ve 2016'da bir başka bölüm olan «San Junipero»yu yönetti.

    2015 yılında yönetmen olarak ilk uzun metrajlı filmine Arkadaşlarınızı Öldür filmiyle çıktı.

    2018'de BBC / Netflix mini dizisi Troy:Fall of a City'nin bölümlerini yönetti.
