    Orderic Vitalis (d. 1075 — ö. yaklaşık 1142), İngiliz Benedikten keşişi ve tarihçi.

    11 ve 12. yüzyıl Normandiya ve Anglo-Norman İngiltere hakkında önde gelen tarih yazıcılarındandır.

    Kilisedeki üstlerinin 1110-1115 döneminde St Evroul'un tarihçesini yazmasını istediği bilinir. Historia Ecclesiastica adıyla başlayan eser genişleyerek çağının tüm tarihini kapsayacak bir çalışmaya dönüşür.
