    Néstor Kirchner (25 Şubat 1950 - 27 Ekim 2010), Arjantinli siyasetçi.

    İsviçreli bir Alman baba ve Hırvat bir annenin soyundan gelmektedir.

    2003 yılında yapılan seçimlerde Arjantin Devlet Başkanı seçildi. 25 Mayıs 2003 tarihinde göreve başladı.

    2007 yılında yapılan seçimlerde aday olmayarak eşi Christina Kirchner'i destekledi.

    2009 yılındaki meclis seçimlerinde milletvekili seçildi.

    27 Ekim 2010 tarihinde geçirdiği bir kalp krizi sonucu öldü.

    Florencia ve Maximo adlarında iki çocuk babasıydı.
