Keith Wayne (d. 16 Ocak 1945 - ö. 9 Eylül 1995), doğum adıyla Ronald Keith Hartman, Amerikalı oyuncudur.
George A. Romero'nun yönetmenliğini yaptığı Yaşayan Ölülerin Gecesi (1968) filmindeki rolüyle tanınır. Bu oyuncuün sinemadaki tek rolüdür.
Filmin tamamlanmasının ardından, birkaç yıl şarkıcı olarak çalıştı ve ardından kiroproyuncu oldu.
Wayne, Washington, Pennsylvania'da doğdu. Müzik dalında eğitim gördüğü Mansfield Üniversitesi'nden mezun oldu. Ayrıca burada, üniversitenin tiyatro yapımlarında da yer aldı.
9 Eylül 1995 tarihinde, Cary, North Carolina'da intihar etti.
