    Trinidad ve Tobagolu hukukçu, eğitimci ve siyasetçi. Persad-Bissessar, Karayipler ülkesi Trinidad ve Tobago'da 1 Mayıs 2025 tarihinden bu yana başbakanlık görevini yürütmektedir. Persad-Bissessar, bundan önce de 26 Mayıs 2010 tarihinde başbakan olarak yemin ederek ülkenin ilk kadın başbakanı olmuş ve bu görevini 2015 yılına kadar sürdürmüştü.
