    Juan Negrín López (3 Şubat 1892 — 12 Kasım 1956), İkinci İspanya Cumhuriyeti'nin başbakanı olarak görev yapmış İspanyol bir doktor ve siyasetçiydi.

    İspanya İç Savaşı sırasında İspanyol Sosyalist İşçi Partisi'nin ve sol eğilimli Halk Cephesi hükûmetinin lideriydi. Ayrıca maliye bakanı olarak da görev yapmıştır.

    İkinci Cumhuriyet'in son başbakanıydı (1937-1939) ve General Francisco Franco yönetimindeki Milliyetçiler tarafından yenilgiye uğratılan Cumhuriyetçi güçlere liderlik etti.

    İkinci İspanya Cumhuriyeti'nin ve 1937-1945 yılları arasında Sürgündeki İspanyol Cumhuriyeti'nin Bakanlar Kurulu Başkanıydı.

    1956 yılında Paris, Fransa'da sürgünde öldü.
