    Joseph Kasavubu (d. 1910? - ö. 24 Mart 1969), Kongolu öğretim görevlisi ve siyasetçi.

    Kasavubu, Afrika kıtasında yer alan Kongo-Leopoldville'de (günümüzde Kongo Demokratik Cumhuriyeti) ülkenin ilk devlet başkanı olarak 1960 ile 1965 yılları arasında devlet başkanlığı makamında bulunmuştur.

    Kongo'daki Katolik misyonerlerden eğitim gördü; bir süre öğretmenlik yaptı. 1942'de Belçika sömürge yönetiminde resmî görev aldı ve Kongolulara açık en yüksek mevki olan başkatipliğe kadar yükseldi.
