    John George Kemeny (31 Mayıs 1926 — 26 Aralık 1992), Macar asıllı Amerikalı matematikçi, bilgisayar bilimcisi ve eğitmen.

    1964'te Thomas E. Kurtz'le birlikte BASIC programlama dilini geliştirmiştir.

    Kemeny 1970-1981 yılları arasında Dartmouth College'da rektörlük görevini yürütmüş ve eğitimde bilgisayar kullanımını özendirici çalışmalar yapmıştır.

    Matematikçi 1979'da yaşanan Three Mile adası kazasını soruşturan kurula da başkanlık yapmıştır.
