    John Anthony Flanagan, en çok Orta Çağ fantezi serisi, Gölgelerin Efendisi ve kardeş serisi Kardeşlik Savaşçıları ile bilinen Avustralyalı bir fantezi yazarıdır.

    Diğer eserlerinden bazıları «Storm Peak» ikilemesi ve yetişkin romanı «The Grey Raider» adlı eserleri içerir.

    John Flanagan 22 Mayıs 1944'te Sydney, Avustralya'da doğdu. Yazar olma planlarıyla Waverley College'den mezun oldu.
