    Ephraïm Inoni (16 Ağustos 1947), Kamerunlu siyasetçi.

    Inoni, Afrika ülkesi Kamerun'da 2004 ile 2009 yılları arasında başbakanlık makamında bulunmuştur. Ülkenin uzun süreli devlet başkanı Paul Biya'nın önemli takipçilerinden ve destekçilerinden biri olan Inoni, Biya'nın yakın çervesinde görevler üstlenmiştir.

    Inoni başbakanlığı döneminde görevini kötüye kullandığı gerekçesiyle 2012 yılında tutuklanmış, 2013 yılında açıklanan dava sonucu neticesinde 20 yıl hapis cezasına çarptırılmıştır.
