Duane Jones, Amerikalı bir sinema oyuncusudur. 1968 yapımı "Yaşayan Ölüler Gecesi" filmindeki Ben rolüyle tanınır ve bu yapımda etnik kökenle ilişkilendirilmeyen ilk siyahi başrol oyuncusu olmuştur.
New York'ta doğan Jones, oyunculuk eğitimi aldıktan sonra tiyatro alanında çalışmalar yapmış ve üniversitelerde dersler vermiştir.12
1988'de geçirdiği kalp krizi sonucu hayatını kaybetmiştir.1
