Duane Jones, Amerikalı bir sinema oyuncusudur. 1968 yapımı "Yaşayan Ölülerin Gecesi" filmindeki Ben rolüyle tanınır ve bu yapımda etnik kökenle ilişkilendirilmeyen ilk siyahi başrol oyuncusu olmuştur.
New York'ta doğan Jones, Sorbonne'da eğitim aldıktan sonra oyunculuk eğitimi verdi ve tiyatro alanında çalışmalar yürüttü. State University of New York'ta profesörlük yaptı ve üniversitenin bir salonuna adı verildi.
1988'de kalp krizi nedeniyle hayatını kaybeden Jones, korku türünde önemli bir figür olarak anılır.1243
