    David Hamilton, İngiliz yönetmen ve senaristtir. 1970'ler ve 1980'lerde Fransa'da çektiği filmlerle tanınır; Bilitis (1977), Laura (1979) ve Un été à Saint-Tropez (1983) gibi yapımları yönetmiştir.

    Kariyerinin büyük bölümünü Fransa'da geçiren Hamilton, fotoğrafçı kimliğiyle de ün yapmış, özellikle genç kızların portreleriyle dikkat çekmiştir. Zaman zaman cinsel taciz iddialarıyla gündeme gelmiştir.12

    25 Kasım 2016'da Paris'te intihar ederek hayatını kaybetmiştir.13
