    Andrzej Walicki, 1930 yılında Varşova’da doğmuş Polonyalı bir tarihçi ve düşünürdür.

    Akademik kariyerinde Avrupa düşünce dünyasını derinden etkileyen liberalizm-Marksizm tartışmalarına odaklanmış ve bu konuda önemli katkılarda bulunmuştur.

    Özellikle Slav tarihi, özellikle Polonya ve Rusya’nın kültürel ve sosyal tarihleri üzerine kapsamlı araştırmalar yaparak tanınmıştır.

    Walicki, 19. yüzyıl Avrupa düşünce tarihine önemli bir bakış açısı getirmiş ve akademik çevrelerde saygın bir konuma sahiptir.
