    Luis Ángel Cereceda Parra (27 Haziran 1943, Valparaíso, Şili - 11 Mart 2017, Antony), Şilili şarkıcı ve söz yazarı.

    Avrupa, Kuzey Amerika ve Avustralya'daki Şili'li gurbetçi topluluklarında Nueva Canción geleneğini korumak için yurt dışına gitmiştir. Ülkesi Şili'ye duyduğu hasreti ve sevgiyi dile getiren ikinci albümü, Oratorio para el pueblo yayınlamıştır.

    Şilili söz yazarı ve şarkıcı Ángel Parra yaşamını sürdürdüğü Fransa'nın başkenti Paris'te 11 Mart 2017'de akciğer kanserinden 73 yaşında ölmüştür.
