Milli Denizcilik Müzesi deniz tarihine adanmıştır ve çok kıymetli denizcilik ressamlarının tabloları, gemi modelleri, dünya denizcilik haritaları koleksiyonu, gemilere ait silahlar koleksiyonu ile zengin denizcilik tarihi ve kültürü sergilenmektedir.
Ünlü bir denizcilik ressamı olan Hollandalı bahriye subayı Michiel de Ruyter imzalı tablolar ve etkileyici deniz savaşları tabloları, müzenin seçkin resim koleksiyonları arasında yer almaktadır.
