    Saab Bofors Dynamics

    Genel bilgiler

    Saab Bofors Dynamics (eski adıyla Bofors), 1646'da İsveç'te kurulan ve şu anda Karlskoga'da bulunan silah — özellikle topçu — üretiminde faaliyet gösteren bir şirkettir.

    1999 yılında Saab, Bofors'un sahibi olan Celsius Group'u satın aldı. Eylül 2000'de United Defense Industries (UDI) ağır silah bölümü Bofors Weapons Systems'ı satın alırken, Saab füze tarafını elinde tuttu. 2005 yılında British Aerospace, United Defence ve bağlı kuruluşu Bofors'u satın aldı.
