    MG Rover Group, Birleşik Krallık merkezli bir otomotiv şirketiydi.

    Şirket, 2000 yılında BMW'nin Rover Group'un otomobil ve motor üretimi varlıklarını Phoenix Venture Holdings'e satması sonucu kurulmuş olup MG ve Rover markalarını bünyesinde barındırmaktaydı. Şirketin merkezi Birmingham'da yer almaktaydı.

    MG Rover Group, Birleşik Krallık otomotiv endüstrisinde yerli olarak sahip olunan son seri üretim otomobil üreticisiydi.

    Şirket, 2005 yılında borcundan dolayı iflas etmesi sonucunda ana varlıkları Nanjing Automobile tarafından satın alındı.
