    Azerbaycan Futbol Federasyonları Birliği (Azerice: Azərbaycan Futbol Federasiyaları Assosiasiyası, kısaca AFFA) Azerbaycan'da futbolu düzenleyen kurumdur.

    Azərbaycan Premyer Liqası ve Azerbaycan millî futbol takımını düzenlemektedir. 26 Mart 1992 tarihinde kurulmuş ve 1994 yılında FIFA ile UEFA'ya üye olmuştur.

    Birliğin merkezi, başkent Bakü'dedir. Başkanlık görevini, 2008 yılında seçilen Rövneg Abdullayev yapmaktadır.
