At the heart of the property is the Beverly Johnson House, a 1963 residence designed by Lloyd Wright, the son of Frank Lloyd Wright. Recognized as an example of mid-century modern architecture, the house is distinguished by its glass walls, open-plan layout, and seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Chevron-patterned concrete blocks frame the pool, fireplace, and hillside walls, creating dynamic light-and-shadow effects.
