    Alacahisar, Sırbistan'ın orta kesiminde yer alan bir şehirdir. Şumadiya ve Batı Sırbistan bölgesinde, Rasina ilçesinde bulunur ve Kosova sınırının kuzeyinde konumlanır.

    Şehir, Osmanlı döneminde stratejik öneme sahip bir merkezdi ve Lazar Hrebeljanović gibi Sırp liderlerin yönetiminde gelişti. Günümüzde endüstriyel ve ekonomik açıdan gelişmiş bir yerleşimdir.132
