# Site reviews

In the Yandex Start app, any user can submit a review about a site they visited. Share your opinion to help other users.

## View reviews {#see-reviews}

To see reviews, tap ![](../_assets/but-menu1.svg) → ![](../_assets/reviews-scale.svg) to the right of the SmartBox. The total number of site reviews appears beside the icon. The green part of the color bar on the icon indicates the number of positive reviews, while the red part indicates the number of negative reviews.

To see all reviews, scroll down the list. You can also sort reviews by relevance, popularity, and date, and display positive or negative reviews first.


## Actions with reviews {#review-actions}

1. To the right of the SmartBox, tap ![](../_assets/but-menu1.svg).
2. Tap the review icon.
1. Leave a rating by tapping the number of stars.
1. Tap **Leave review**.
1. Share your experience with the site. Pay attention to [recommendations and rules for publishing reviews](https://yandex.ru/support/reviews/rules.html).
1. Tap **Send feedback**.

1. Open the site.
1. To the right of the SmartBox, tap ![](../_assets/but-menu1.svg). 
1. Tap the review icon. Your review will be the first in the list.
1. Tap **![](../_assets/but-menu1.svg)** → **Edit**. A [page](https://yandex.ru/ugcpub/cabinet) with all your reviews will open. The review will be highlighted in yellow.
1. Tap **Edit** in the card with the review you want to edit.
1. Make edits.
1. Tap **Save review**.

1. Tap the review icon. Your review will be the first in the list.
1. Tap **![](../_assets/but-menu1.svg)** → **Edit**. A [page](https://yandex.ru/ugcpub/cabinet) with all your reviews will open. The review will be highlighted in yellow.
1. Tap **Delete** in the card with the review you want to delete.
1. Confirm the deletion.

If you notice a review that violates the [rules](https://yandex.ru/support/reviews/rules.html#rule), for example if it contains adult content or insults, [write to us](https://yandex.ru/support/reviews/complain.html).

## Disable reviews in the app {#review-off}

## Managing data about your reviews {#data}

All the reviews you leave are stored on Yandex servers. We take the protection of this data seriously: our storage facilities comply with [SOC 2](https://yandex.com/support/passport/security/soc-2.html), which is one of the most rigorous international security standards.

- Download

   1. Go to [Your data on Yandex](https://passport.yandex.com/profile) and make sure that you're logged in with the correct Yandex ID.
   1. Click **Download data**.
   1. Tap **Create archive**.

   When the archive is ready, Yandex notifies you by email that you can download it. If you don't have a Yandex email, you have to check the archive loading status on the page.

- Delete

   1. Go to [Your data on Yandex](https://passport.yandex.com/profile) and make sure that you're logged in with the correct Yandex ID.
   1. In the **Delete data** section, click the service name. You'll see a list of all data types that Yandex stores for this service.

      If the service you need isn't there, click **Other services** at the bottom of the list.

   1. Select the line with the data type.
   1. Click **Uninstall** in the window that opens. If you change your mind about deleting data, tap **Cancel**.

   After deletion, almost all data immediately become unavailable. Yandex will store some types of data for a period of time as is required by law.
