When does the promotion end, and which plans are part of it?
The promotion runs from October 20 through October 31, 2025.
Activate the annual 1 TB Personal plan at 30% off for one year. If you have a special promo code, you can get 40% off for one year. Plus, you'll receive 3 months free with your plan. Your plan will auto-renew at the standard rate.
You can activate a 1 TB Personal annual plan for 1 year with 30% off in the Yandex Mail or Yandex Disk mobile apps. The discount applies to payments made through the app store.
I already have an active Yandex 360 plan. Can I apply the discount to it?
No, you can't apply the discount to your current plan. You can turn off auto-renewal for your current plan, wait for the paid period to end, and then sign up for a new plan with the discount if it's still available.
I already have an active Yandex 360 or Yandex Disk Pro plan. Can I activate another one?
Here's how it works:
- If you have an active Yandex Disk Pro plan, you can also activate a Personal plan. The Yandex Disk Pro and Yandex 360 plans work together, and your Yandex Disk space will be added together.
- If you have an active Family plan, you can also activate a Personal plan. Your Yandex Disk space from both plans will be added together.
- If you have an active Work plan, you can also activate a Personal plan. Your Yandex Disk space from both plans will be added together.
You can't have two of the same Yandex 360 plans. For example, you can't use the 200 GB Personal plan and the 1 TB Personal plan together.
You can activate a new Yandex 360 plan on the Yandex 360 plans page.
If you have an owner or employee account in a Yandex 360 for Business organization, you can't use this promotion.
I have a Yandex 360 promo code. Can I use it for an even bigger discount?
You can use only one: the promo code or this offer.
To redeem your promo code, go to the Yandex 360 plans page, enter it, and click Activate. Don't forget to activate the plan within 5 days, or the offer will expire.
I've already entered another promo code. How do I cancel it?
You can cancel an applied promo code only before you pay for the plan. After payment, you can't cancel the promo code and enter a new one.
To cancel an applied promo code, go to the Yandex 360 plans page and click Promo code applied → Cancel promo code. Then you can enter a new promo code.
I've accidentally activated a Yandex 360 plan. Can I cancel it and get a refund?
Yes, you can submit a refund request within five days of the payment.
If you activated a Yandex 360 plan on the website or in the Yandex Disk or Yandex Mail apps on your Android phone or tablet, please contact support using the form at the bottom of the page. Make sure to specify your username and plan in your message.
I keep getting an error when I try to pay with my bank card.
Try using a different payment method. For information on how to do this, see An error occurred during payment.
I can't pay with an international bank card.
You can pay with an international bank card in dollars on the Yandex 360 plans page.
My Yandex 360 plan is supposed to renew, but I wasn't charged.
This could be because your card didn't have enough funds, or your bank declined the payment. You can add a bank card that has enough funds to your Yandex ID, and the payment will be automatically processed within a day.
If the system fails to charge any of your linked bank cards within 15 days, your plan will be deactivated.
