# Yandex Disk programının logları nasıl alınır?





`.sync` klasörünün içeriğini arşivleyin ve geri bildirim formunun veya destek ekibine gönderilecek e-posta iletisinin ekine koyun. Arşiv e-postaya eklenemiyorsa, [tarayıcınız üzerinden Disk'inize yükleyin](https://yandex.com.tr/support/disk/uploading.html#upload-browser) ve e-posta iletisinde bu arşive [genel erişim bağlantısını](https://yandex.com.tr/support/disk/share/sharing.html) belirtin.



Program başlatılamıyorsa Destek Ekibi'ne `/.config/yandex-disk/crash.txt` dosyasını gönderin.
