# Search by Wiki

To perform a search by text on Wiki pages:

1.  In the Wiki left-hand panel, click <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="20" height="20" fill="currentColor" aria-hidden="true" class="yc-icon nv-aside-header-footer-item__icon"><svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" fill="none"><path fill="currentColor" fill-rule="evenodd" d="M14 8.5a5.5 5.5 0 1 1-11 0 5.5 5.5 0 0 1 11 0Zm-1.109 5.452a7 7 0 1 1 1.06-1.06l3.58 3.578a.75.75 0 1 1-1.061 1.06l-3.579-3.578Z" clip-rule="evenodd"/></svg></svg> **Search**.

1. Enter your query in the search bar. The pages containing the query will be shown under the search bar.


1. To refine the search results, press **Enter** in the search bar and use the filters in the right-hand panel:

   - **Cluster**: [Cluster's](https://yandex.com.tr/support/wiki/en/structure.md#clusters) URL relative to the `wiki.yandex.com` home page. For example, to find a text on the subpages of the `wiki.yandex.com/users/userName` cluster, enter `users/<username>`.
   - **Page author**: Name or username of the Wiki page author.
   - **Created** or **Updated**: Date when the page was created or last changed.
   - **Document type**: Search across Wiki documents of a specific type (page, table, or file).
   

1. Sort the search results: by relevance, last update, or creation date.

Recent changes to Wiki pages may appear in search results after a delay, since the pages are indexed once every 30 minutes.
