Set access permissions for a Wiki page
In Yandex Wiki, you can control who views and edits your pages. You can set up access in multiple steps, allowing you to manage user permissions flexibly.
Step 1. Select the page access type
The access type is a basic page setting that determines which users can read and edit it. You can grant access to all employees at once, or you can make the page private. In the latter case, only the users you select will see it.
Choose a wiki page access type
For subpages, the default setting is to inherit the parent page's access permissions, but you can choose a different access type.

Step 2. Add users to the access list and select roles
If you are the page author or a co-author, you can expand the list of users with page access and select which actions they can perform. The user role defines their permissions, for example, reader, editor, or co-author.
Setting up permissions for individual users on a wiki page
If you need to grant new users access to a page periodically, you can create an invitation link for them. When a colleague follows the link, access is automatically granted.

If page access is restricted, a user can request it from the authors.
