# Saving a page and attached files

You can save a page from Wiki as a separate file. For example, to send it to your coworker who doesn't have access to it.
You can also save all files attached.

## Exporting a page to PDF {#save-pdf}

To export a page to PDF:

1. Open the page you want to export and click <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="16" height="16" fill="currentColor" aria-hidden="true" class="yc-icon"><svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 16 16"><path fill-rule="evenodd" d="M14 6.125a1.874 1.874 0 1 1 .001 3.749A1.874 1.874 0 0 1 14 6.125zm-5.906 0a1.874 1.874 0 1 1 0 3.749 1.874 1.874 0 0 1 0-3.749zM2 6.125a1.874 1.874 0 1 1 .001 3.749A1.874 1.874 0 0 1 2 6.125z"/></svg></svg> **Actions** → **Download** → **Page as a PDF**.
1. In the dialog box that opens, click **Download**.
1. In the next window, enter a file name and choose a folder to save it to. Click **Download** once again.

## Saving attached files {#save-attach}

To save page attachments to your computer, open the page and click <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" width="16" height="16" fill="currentColor" aria-hidden="true" class="yc-icon"><svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 16 16"><path fill-rule="evenodd" d="M14 6.125a1.874 1.874 0 1 1 .001 3.749A1.874 1.874 0 0 1 14 6.125zm-5.906 0a1.874 1.874 0 1 1 0 3.749 1.874 1.874 0 0 1 0-3.749zM2 6.125a1.874 1.874 0 1 1 .001 3.749A1.874 1.874 0 0 1 2 6.125z"/></svg></svg> **Actions** → **Download** → **Attachments**.

The files will be saved to your default downloads folder, which you've specified in your browser settings.
