Saving a page and attached files

You can save a page from Wiki as a separate file. For example, to send it to your coworker who doesn't have access to it.
You can also save all files attached.

You only need permission to view a page to download it; editing permission is not required.

Exporting a page as Markdown

You can download a page as a Markdown file only when it uses Visual editor (wysiwyg).

To export a page as Markdown:

  1. On the page, click → Download → Page as Markdown.
  2. The browser downloads a file with a .md extension. Its name is based on the page title.

Exporting a page to PDF

To export a page to PDF:

  1. Open the page you want to export and click Actions → Download → Page as a PDF.
  2. In the dialog box that opens, click Download.
  3. In the next window, enter a file name and choose a folder to save it to. Click Download once again.

Saving attached files

To save page attachments to your computer, open the page and click Actions → Download → Attachments.

The files will be saved to your default downloads folder, which you've specified in your browser settings.
